USPS Priority Mail: Orders must be received by Thursday December 18 noon EST
December 19 noon EST
For mugs, please allow 1-2 additional days.
Includes: Area Rugs, Bath Mats, Aprons, Shower Curtains, Journals, Tree Skirts, Fanny Packs, Travel Bags & Weekender Bags. Orders for these items placed after this date may still arrive in time for Christmas, but we cannot guarantee it.
Please note, we ship via USPS, FEDEX & UPS. Tracking numbers can be searched at their website.
USA DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Standard Shipping: Please allow 3 - 10 business days for your order to arrive, unless Phish is on tour, in which case there may be a delay.
Expedited Shipping: 2 - 6 business days
UPS 2 Day: 2 - 4 business days
We are closed on the weekends & holidays.
We apologize, but once orders have been placed, they cannot be changed, due to our outsourced shipping facility's rules.

USA DOMESTIC 2023 HOLIDAY SHIPPING INFORMATION:
- Any orders placed by December 14th with standard or expedited shipping should arrive in time for Christmas.
- Any order placed after December 18th will need UPS 2nd day air to arrive in time for Christmas.
- As a note, FEDEX, USPS, and UPS will not be delivering any packages on Sunday, December 24th or Monday 25th.

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS
1) Customs. When you buy on our website and deliver to an address in Canada, the package goes through customs. Sometimes it's quick, sometimes it takes a couple weeks. And it's hard to predict, so we kind of just have to keep our fingers crossed.
